Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every order.

Unopened products: You can return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email support@shoprelevantnutrition.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Opened products: For your safety and the safety of others, we can't accept returns of opened supplements.

Damaged or incorrect items: If an item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Subscriptions: Refunds apply to individual orders. To stop future orders, cancel your subscription (see our cancellation policy).
