Where we ship: United States only.

Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, and most ship within a few business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost: Free on all subscription orders and on one-time orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $11.99.

Delivery: Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help track down any lost package.

Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you pay the shipping cost again.
